Stock Footage Requests for Tuesday, 12/30/2008.
If you have or think you may be able to get access to any of the following footage please let me know ASAP. Most of these deadlines are between now and Jan. 9 2009. The Bolded requests are the ones that are worth the most money.
1. Second City’s Next Comedy Legend: Episode 1 - Vancouver Auditions. Aired July 10, 2007. Filmed March 20, 2007.
2. Footage of the town of Hull in Yorkshire from the 1950’s and 60’s.
3. Edwin Hawkins Singers performances. Early footage from 1969-1974.
4. Film = shark island

5. A variety of clips showing wind being harnessed: Looking for 10, 15 and 20 second or longer clips of wind blowing through grass, tall ship sails unfurling, sail ships sailing, snow/sand/ocean waves blowing, time lapse clouds over mountains, prairies, etc., hang gliders, gliders, etc. etc.
6. Opening address to the 1964 Berlin Jazz Festival (Berliner Festspiele) given by Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr. King speaks of the importance of Jazz to African Americans. If you have any conections that might be able to find this footage please let me know ASAP. This clip will sell for a good chunk of change. It is for a documentary about Jazz music that will play during a jazz concert on the eve of Obama’s Inauguration. If you have any connections to this footage it may very well be worth your time to put me in contact with them.
7. Video images of the statute of liberty, NYC . ideally a number of views, over 4 seasons.
8. Shots of the interior of Federal Detention Centers, especially the Federal Detention Center in Los Angeles. Shots of prisoners, the treatment of Federal prisoners, and the rights of long term detainees in Federal Detention Centers.
In addition I am looking for footage of the DEA raiding Medical Marijuana facilities in California, making arrests, confiscating marijuana or other items. Any other footage of DEA related activities in regards to marijuana is also useful such as raiding marijuana fields, working with local law enforcement, etc.
9. Establishing shot Red Square, Moscow, Night, Snow. Shots must be HD and must be at night.
